Neden ClassNotFoundException var: javax.servlet.http.Spring Boot 2.5.5'ten 2.6.0'a güncelledikten sonra bir SAVAŞ için HttpFilter?

SAVAŞ olarak paketlenmiş bir Spring Boot servlet web uygulamam var. Spring Boot sürüm 2.5.5'i kullandığımda iyi çalışıyor. Uygulamayı Spring Boot sürüm 2.6.0'a yükselttim ve şimdi Tomcat 8.5.59'a WAR dağıtırken aşağıdaki hatayı alıyorum:

   java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/servlet/http/HttpFilter
    at java.base/java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass1(Native Method)

Tomcat 10'da çalıştırmayı denedim : Aynı hatayı aldım. İşte benim ponponum.xml:
